Basics of BellyDance- Technique and Cardio

50% Technique and 50% Cardio - The 1st 30 minutes of this class includes clear and precise breakdown of the BASIC movements of bellydance with emphasis on posture and body mechanics.
The 2nd half of the class puts together the movements and combinations from part one into combinations designed to get your heart rate up and keep it up.
Students pay for this class at The Herb Shop in Canton by purchasing a class card or paying the weekly drop in rate of $12.00 or $50.00 for a 5 week class.
